Manifestation, which was popularized by the concept of the Law of Attraction, can often feel daunting for beginners; I felt the same.
Today, we shall be looking at 27 manifestation methods for both beginners and seasoned manifesters.
We shall look at quick, easy, and powerful manifestation techniques that anyone can use, along with fine examples.

What are manifestation methods.
Let’s begin from the very top by answering: what is the Law of Attraction? The Law of Attraction is a universal Law that States that like attracts like and that everything in the universe vibrates at a certain frequency (high or low), including us,(our emotions and desires).
Manifestation methods refer to various techniques, such as the 369 manifestation method, that apply the Law of Attraction to help you attract the object of your desire.
Is manifestation real or woo-woo?
From a scientific perspective, many neuroscientists have come forward to back the efficiency of manifesting.
Mel Robbins, who hosts “The Mel Robbins podcast,” has on more than one occasion invited a Neuro-specialist to explain how science and manifesting correlate.
In one of the episodes, Neurosurgeon James R. Doty explains that when you take a pen and write down your desire, read it silently, and visualize while also using other sensory organs such as emotions, you repeatedly embed it into your subconscious mind and different cognitive brain networks get activated leading to what we call aligned action. In a spiritual sense, manifestation methods only work for those who actually believe in the existence of this spiritual realm, those who actually understand that we are souls in bodies and that everything, including us, is energy and frequency.
Simply put manifestation is not woo-woo for those who acknowledge it as such.
What are the Laws of Manifestation?
Like any other discipline in life, manifesting also has its set of rules that, when carefully abided, lead to your desired outcome.
The rules of the Law of Attraction are as follows:
1. Ask.
When I first started manifesting, I felt a little uncomfortable with asking the universe because I am Christian, and I believe that the universe is not the source but rather God.
Once I got over this qualm, I started asking My creator, i.e., Dear God…I am grateful for the “x” thing I am about to receive.
My point is you can either ask God, the universe, or your source energy.
2. Believe.
You really have to believe that the order you just placed is on its way to you come rain or sunshine.
Its arrival is imminent.
3. Align.
You must become a vibrational match to the wonderful things you’re anticipating.
You can’t be someone who views the world as a sad and desolate place and still expect a loving partner full of zeal and light to come into your life.
To align you must teach yourself how to hold high vibrational emotions and practices i.e
- Gratitude.
- Love.
- Kindness.
- Joy.
It’s granted that you may not always be in these high vibrational states. It’s human nature, but consistency will count, even at such moments.
4. Receive.
You must have outstretched arms and open eyes so that when your order arrives, you don’t miss it.
I came across this TikTok creator. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, he narrated that he had manifested money on his trip to New York, and instead of receiving a huge lump sum, he spotted an old penny on a subway, and he took it because he “received.”
Later, he came to learn that the old penny was worth 4,000 USD.
Like what? Imagine if he had been, “No universe, I asked for a huge lump sum, not a penny.”

27 underrated manifestation methods that actually work.
Before I give you these techniques let me answer one important question you might have.which manifesting technique should you choose?I mean there’s so many.
In all honesty, go with the one that excites you the most, as you read all the methods I will list below, one will stand out the most. Go with that one. Next time, you might settle on a different one. I like to think of it as a first step to alignment.
Your intuition as a woman is a key tool in choosing a manifestation method, without further ado:
1. Scripting manifestation.
Scripting is a scenario in which you picture what a day with your desires would feel like “a perfect day scenario.”
Let’s say that you’re manifesting a job. What would a day in your life in that position look like? How would it feel like?
Did you only think that letters could only be written to third parties from the present tense? Not quite write.
An example of scripting manifestation.
Write it down in the present tense i.e I just woke up to a beautiful sunny day, I have a slow morning, I do some pilates, then sit down to journal while I have coffee, I then prepare and go to work, I love my job I love all the tasks ahead of me..blah ..blah
2. The 369 manifestation method.
The 369 manifestation technique borrows from the deeply held significance of the numbers 3,6,9 across history, numerology, and metaphysics.
Many know this technique as the Nikola Tesla manifestation technique since he skyrocketed it into fame. He believed that these three numbers combined were the “key to the universe” and answer to the secrets of natural Laws.
They are also called “angel numbers,” and they carry the energy of creativity, abundance,, and joy.
To use the 369 manifestation method, you will write the object of your desire in the present tense three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times in the evening.

You can use several formats in this technique to write, always starting with addressing your source energy and giving words of gratitude, then choosing one of these formats.
- “I am grateful for”x.”
- I am certain I shall receive “x.”
- Thank you for “x.”
- It would be nice if “x” happened.
The stronger the statement, the better.

3. Gratitude journaling.
I love to tell anyone who cares to listen that this is my favorite manifestation method and the easiest.
This is because this technique is not about asking for anything but rather being grateful for what you have; this instantly raises your vibrational frequency, and as a result, you attract more happiness and good experiences.
Gratitude journaling manifestation is the quickest way to shift your vibration from low to high.
The simplest way to indulge is to grab a notebook and write three things that you’re grateful for at that moment.
An example of gratitude journaling.
- Start with the date.
- Refer to the source of energy, such as God or the universe.
- List three things that you’re grateful for, i.e., I am grateful for this beautiful day, I am grateful for my family, I am grateful for the abundance overflowing my life.
4. The 7×77 manifestation method.
You will notice several manifestation methods that are made up of numbers. I like to refer to them as “prescription manifestation,” because they remind me of a prescribed dosage, but in a fun Sense.
The 7×77 manifestation method stipulates that one should write their desire seventy-seven times for seven consecutive days.
The text you write should be consistent, simple, and high vibrational.

- Dear God/ universe.
- I am grateful for my gorgeous brand-new car; I love driving it, and the interior is so comfortable (repeat 77 times).
5. Visualization manifestation.
Visualization is a powerful tool that embeds information into your subconscious mind.
The best time to visualize is right before sleeping and immediately after waking up because the brain is more open to suggestions.
Visualization also raises your vibration because you’re able to engage your emotions and revel in the feeling of having your desire, thus catapulting the effect.
To visualize, lie, or sit in a very comfortable position, you can begin by counting from 20 backward to relax, then see yourself living in your manifestation and engaging your sensory organs.
You can also add subliminals while visualizing. I will be talking about it in a few.
6. 5×55 manifestation method.
Another of the “prescription manifestation” techniques. The 5×55 technique involves. You guessed it, writing your desires 55 times each day for five consecutive days.
To use this method, follow the steps I gave in the (7×77 method), only swapping the days for five and the repetition for 55.

7. The 2-cup manifestation technique.
The 2-cup method is a very powerful Manifestation method that involves quantum shifting.
In this technique, we use water, two cups, a pen, and paper. The method involves speaking the energy of your intention into water, which is believed to hold the energy of your words,, as shown by a study conducted by Masaru Emoto. To conduct this technique:
- Take two cups of water, you can make it as fancy as you please.
- Cleanse them with vinegar/alcohol, and water.
- Take a sticky note and put one on each glass; on one, write your current reality, and on the other cup, your desired reality (object of Manifestation).
- Pour safe drinking water into your current reality cup, hold it in your hands, and feel how this current reality is; contemplate where you are.
- Empty the contents of your current reality into your desired one, and once again hold the cup and picture your reality shifting.
- Lastly, always remember to be very careful while doing the 2-cup technique, for it is very powerful and can notoriously distort reality. Make sure to include no harm to anyone, and to take your loved ones along to your next reality.
8. 3×33 manifestation method.
Yet another prescription manifestation technique that involves writing your desires 33 times for three consecutive days.
This method is a welcome reprieve for those who don’t want to write their Manifestation 77 or 55 times each day.
To carry out this technique, repeat the steps listed in the 7×77 manifestation method (no.4).
9. Affirmations.
Affirmations are a scientifically proven way to overwrite (rewire) old belief systems. Affirmations are simply positive statements in the present tense representing your desired reality outcome.
You can write at least three affirmations for a start that coincide with the object of your desire.use I statements such as “I am a wonderful account, or I am a house owner.”
10. vision boards.
Apart from signaling to source energy that you really know what you want, vision boards also activate the visual cortex of our brains. This leads to something called value tagging, where the brain assigns importance to our desires, and we start to take aligned action toward our goals.

To manifest through a vision board you should consider a few things.
- Get very specific, choose your images carefully to align with your desires.
- Keep your vision board somewhere you can see it every day.
- Keep it clean.
- Add affirmative quotes.
- Focus on your feelings when looking at your board.
- Update your board as often as you may need to align with your desires.
11. Acting as if “Law of Assumption.”
The Law of Assumption was one of Neville Goddard’s most famous teachings that we still use to this day.
As the name suggests, you assume that the object of your manifestation is long yours from the moment you send out the intention before it can materialize.
I always use this assumption whenever I manifest, and it works like magic, even the very act of sending gratitude before something is in your physical ownership is the Law of Assumption at play.
Acting as if is being of the understanding that we possess things spiritually before we have them physically.
An example is, “Dear universe, I am grateful for the loving romantic relationship I am in; I feel safe and loved.” Even before it happens.
12. A mind movie.
A mind movie is a beefed-up digital version of a vision board, and it helps you to manifest by eliciting high vibrational emotions and embedding your desires into your subconscious mind.
A mind movie contains clips of your desires, affirmations on each clip, relaxing music such as subliminals, and a kaleidoscope, which improves focus and absorption of the information.
Ideally, your mind movie should be anywhere from two to five minutes. Here are the steps to make one:
- Head over to Canva Choose a Video Template:choose “Mobile Video” (for phone-friendly) or “Presentation Video” (widescreen).
- Choose a premade template or start a blank one.
- Add Images and Clips:Use Canva for free photos and videos, or upload your own visuals that reflect your dream life and goals.
- Insert Affirmations as Text:Add your affirmations on each scene.
- Add Music:Select uplifting or soothing music from Canva.
- Add a kaleidoscope at the beginning and end(optional.

13. Mirror work manifestation.
Do you only use your mirror to check if your outfit has no wrinkles or if your makeup is good..pss P.S. You’re missing out so badly.
Mirror work manifestation involves looking at yourself in the mirror, staring into the depth of your soul, and saying affirmations that feed your manifestation with conviction and especially emotion, “feel as if .”
Let’s say that you’re manifesting a trip to Bali. “Me too, sis,” so here’s what you’ll do: look at yourself in your full-size mirror and speak positive, beautiful words in the present tense, i.e., “I deserve this trip in Bali; I am having the most beautiful vacation in my life.”
Mirror manifestation can be very powerful, especially when you tap into the emotions of the experience and immerse yourself. Jump up and down if you have to revel in the excitement.
14. Quantum jumping manifestation.
Quantum jumping is founded on the assumption that there are multiple realities and that you exist in each. So when you quantum jump you’re going into the reality where you have your desire.
It can also be interpreted that time is not linear, and as manifesting folks say, if you have a desire, it must be because of the future you actually have it, so when you quantum jump, you collapse time and embody that version who has it.
How do you quantum jump? There are two ways you can do this.
- You can use the 2 Cup method which I mentioned in number seven or…
- Relax through traditional meditation,guided quantum jumping meditation, or breathwork and visualize a portal opening and you stepping through it.
- See yourself stepping into the version of you who has your desire.
15. manifesting through Meditation.
Meditation really does work for everyone, even a manifester like you. When you meditate, you remove mental clutter, raise your vibration, and allow yourself to receive intuitive guidance.
How to manifest through meditation.
- Find a quiet spot that brings you peace.
- Sit or lie down, close your eyes, and quiet your mind; you can opt for guided meditation or, specifically, Theta brain wave meditation.
- Hold the image of your manifestation in your mind.
- Allow yourself to receive guidance.
16.The pillow manifestation technique.
Doesn’t this keep on getting better? We’re truly making use of everything, yes your fuzzy beloved pillow.
The pillow manifestation method is very straightforward: take a piece of paper and write your desire in the present tense. I like to use the phrase “I am certain I have XYZ,” then place it under your pillow for as long as you need and have a blissful sleep.
17. A love letter from future ‘you’.
How about you write yourself a lovely letter from the future you are telling all about the wonderful experience of having your desire. Allow her to regale you with the results of your manifestation and raise your vibration for quicker results.
18. EFT tapping for manifestation.
The emotional Freedom Technique(EFT)is a self-regulation technique that aids in releasing stress and anxiety when we tap at certain meridian points and repeat affirmative statements as the occasion calls for.
EFT tapping is especially useful in manifestation. An article published on quenza.com shows that EFT tapping clears blocks of doubt, enables the formation of new neuropathways, and helps you balance your body’s energy system.
The best times to use EFT tapping are when you feel stuck or you’re having limiting beliefs.
Here’s an example of an affirmative statement you can repeat: let’s say you want to manifest a wonderful husband, but you have a blockage of believing that a kind-hearted, astute, provider man who shall always have your best interest at heart exists. You shall tap at these points:
Center of your head, inner eyebrow, outer eye, below the eye, below the nose, below the lip, below the collarbone, below armpit, outer palm. Check the video below for a visual understanding.
Back to the affirmative statement, “Although I have doubts that I shall find a kind, astute, provider man who shall always have my best interest at heart, I believe that he does exist, and he’s also seeking me out; we shall find one another when the time is just right.”
Use that as a first statement, then switch to a shorter affirmative like, “A kind-hearted, smart, provider and loving husband is coming into my life.”
19. Use of subliminals in manifesting.
Subliminals are subtle messages(affirmations) that are below the threshold of conscious perception, however readily absorbed by the subconscious mind.
Subliminal messages are either integrated into subliminal audio or quick visual images and, over time, help to rewire the subconscious mind since they face no resistance from the conscious mind.
Depending on what you’re manifesting, look for subliminal audio on YouTube and use it with some headphones, preferably before bed or even while doing routine tasks.
20. Manifestation using candles.
Earlier on, I jokingly said that we’re utilizing house goods, and it’s starting to dawn on me that I wasn’t actually kidding, yes, candles.
So grab a candle; the more sizable, the better, but don’t fret if you have a small one; now, do you remember what you’re manifesting? Write it on the candle along its length or at the very top around the wicker, whichever works for you. If it’s in a jar, you can stick a note with your desire.
Now let it burn for at least Ten minutes each day while you repeat affirmative statements in the present tense about your object of Manifestation.
Ouuh… before I forget,you can match the color of your candle to the object of your desire i.e ,red for romantic love, green for money, yellow for friendships e t.c, or simply use a white candle.

21. Manifesting using crystals.
The use of crystals in various capacities, such as healing or manifesting, has long been ascribed to various ancient civilizations; crystals were believed to hold energies of their own that could easily be reabsorbed by humans influencing their circumstances, i.e., rose quartz is used to enhance love, and the quality of relationships because it holds that energy.
Intention setting using crystals can help you manifest your desires. As each crystal holds its own kind of energy, it’s important to do your research and choose which stone aligns with your intentions. For example, black obsidian will help you to clear out blockages and attract new opportunities.
Crystals are also cleansed from any unwanted energies they might absorb using methods such as incense.
22. Emotional embodiment.
Abraham Hicks, a manifestation teacher, resonates with a huge following because her approach to the Law of Attraction is “feeling your way to it” That’s all she emphasizes, fix your vibration (feelings).
And how do you do that? By focusing on the feeling of already having your desire as well as all the abundance present in your life.
23. The spec manifestation method.
Helene Hadsell, founder of the spec method, was an author, a doctor of metaphysics, but most importantly, someone who never lost any competition she joined.
She was nicknamed “content queen,” and later on, she disclosed the formula she used to win each “Spec.”
Spec stands for select(be clear, i.e., script), project (visualize), except (believe it’s on its way), and collect (inspired action).
24. The Silva method of meditation for manifestation.
The Silva method is a technique that aims to encourage its students to use the alpha brain wave, which is visual, intuitive, and creative, along with the beta brain wave, to live a heightened life. The founder of this method was Jose’ Silva a mind scientist.
One of the ways to use the Silva method for manifesting is through meditation, is to count back from 100 to enter the Alpha state, where the subconscious mind is more prone to suggestions.
Once in that state, you will be calm yet alert(relaxed) you can practice visualization alongside emotional embodiment.
25. The whisper manifestation method.
This one is a little bit freaky, just a little, and in a good way because it works like a charm when you want to forward a message to someone without directly asking for something.
Get into a relaxed state and picture yourself walking into the bedroom door of the person that you want to talk to. They’re there asleep; you will whisper your message into one ear and do the same for the other, then you will walk out and close the door bum!! Message received. 26. The manifestation box method.
A manifestation box is exactly what it means: a box, but what do you do with this box? Basically, you take your manifestation in a written paper, put it inside this box for the first set amount of time, and then remove it. Voila, you just wait for your desire to materialize.
Note that the box that you choose as your manifestation box should only sell this purpose, and if you do it by one, instead of making it by yourself, make sure to clean it. Additionally, you can also put crystal inside the box that’s aligned with what you are manifesting.
27. Lastly, we have the manifestation wheel method.
We’re finishing this list with a banger. The manifestation wheel method is quite an exciting manifestation technique so here’s how to use this method. Start by taking a piece of paper and a pen. Draw a circle in the center with 10 spikes, which will make 10 sections.
Next, put your desire in the middle of the circle. If you’re manifesting a car, put that in the middle. In the 10 spikes that you just made (number them ), we are going to build momentum starting with an affirmation that we find believable to weaken any resistance by our subconscious mind.
In the case of manifesting a specific model of a car, you will start with something like “I would really love to drive in a car ‘x’ which is so cozy,”..build on to statements with more resolve like “I deserve to drive car”x”, I allow myself to drive car ‘x'”…e.t.c until your last affirmative statement is irrefutable and you fully believe it.
To finish this practice read out the desire in the middle, i.e., “I am grateful that I get to drive car ‘x’ every day.”

Closing remarks.
Finally, now that we have all the 27 beginner-friendly manifestation methods we’re ready to go.
All the techniques listed above, such as gratitude journaling and manifestation candles, will not only help you unlock your manifestation powers but also get your desires quickly.
